As part of a new range of cakes to celebrate Summer; I created a collection that would encapsulate our favourite classic Ice Cream flavours!
Who doesn’t love a good Raspberry Ripple?
Raspberries are definitely one of my favourite things to use in a flavour combination, their balance of sweet and tart is heaven on the palate to me.
In this scenario, the pairing of gentle Vanilla with the powerful Raspberry only compliments the complexity of their flavour. The sweet vanilla hums while the raspberry demands your attention, much like an opening act for the main headliner!
