As part of a new range of cakes to celebrate Spring; this dessert showcases some of the stronger flavours to be found in Botany.

Are your tastebuds ready to be bewildered by this Southeast Asian flavour? We guarantee it’s like nothing you’ve ever tasted before, but in an extremely good way. This tropical plant is normally known as “fragrant plant” because of it’s unique and sweet aroma.  The only way we could describe this unique flavour is that it’s the beautiful love child between coconut and vanilla, a treat for your tastebuds!

We infused our cake sponge with fresh pandan leaves (this extraction process alone takes 3 days at a time!) and complimented it with the most amazing, coconut frosting we’ve ever tasted.

Shelf Life:
Our cakes are best kept chilled for up to 10 days or they can be frozen up to 1 month.

All orders placed before 11am Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery. Any orders placed after 11am Thursday will be baked and dispatched the following Monday.
All of our cakes are sent via DHL Express Next Day Delivery which is usually 24 hours but please do allow for some delays in certain areas as well as any issues that may arise with the courier. If you have any issues with your delivery, please email
